Stay connected through official association emails and team apps. Promptly report absences and stay informed on weather alerts and schedule changes.

Season Logistics

Season Timelines

Fall Season: September 12th to November 14th. Registration closes early August 4th.
Spring Season: March to May. Registration closes early February.

Weather Alerts

Decisions on game cancellations are made 2 hours before kickoff. Alerts are sent via the association app and posted on our official social media channels.

Practice & Game Locations

All primary games and centralized practices take place at the Wichita Falls Sports Complex. Individual team practices may occur at designated local school fields and parks.

Common Questions

How do I register for the upcoming season?

Fall 2026 Registration is through GotSport. Follow the registration links in the registration page for current seasonal forms.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are available up until the registration deadline, minus a processing fee. Once teams have been formed and jerseys ordered, refunds are typically not granted except for extreme circumstances.

How are players placed on teams?

For recreational divisions, team placement is based on age, school, and geographic proximity where possible. Competitive placement is handled via tryouts and evaluation results. Fall 2026 Placement Information

What safety equipment do players need for game day?

All players must wear shin guards covered entirely by soccer socks. Soccer cleats are recommended (no metal spikes or toe cleats). Each player should also bring their own water bottle.

How is weather communication handled?

Decisions regarding field closures or game delays are usually made by 7:00 AM on game days and communicated via our website, text alerts, and social media channels.
