Thank you for choosing SOCCER! Registration for the Fall 2013 Soccer Season will open June 1st, 2013. Every player must register on line. If you played in the spring you will receive an email with your username and password. If you do not see it in your in box, check your spam file. You must use the username and password to insure that you remain on the same team from season to season and that the computer recognizes you as the same player. We are accepting credit cards only this season. The season dates are posted. You may see them by clicking on the News. Just click on the Registration Box in the lower right hand corner of this page to begin the registration process. You must be 3 years old on July 31, 2013 to register for the fall season. The fee is $52 for youth players, $67 for adult players and players wishing to transfer to another team must pay an additional $15 fee. The association is paying the $5 fee for one coach and one assistant coach per team this season. Each coach or assistant coach must select the Coaches Information Sheet from the Form section on this page, fill it out and email it to Becky Turpin. It can be emailed from that page. That is all that you need to do to complete the background check which must be completed before you begin practice this fall. We will be at the soccer complex on Saturday, July 20th and Saturday July 27th from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm to help those of you who do not have access to a computer. You need to bring a birth certificate for each NEW player registering on those days. If you have registered a NEW player earlier and have not scanned their birth certificate into the computer, you must bring their birth certificate to the complex on one of those two days. Information on the Referee Clinics to be held in August is posted in the Referee box in the lower left hand corner of this page. Some of our Commissioners are not returning this fall. If you are interested in helping us out, contact Claude Miller 691-2027. We would love to have you.

We are pleased to announce that those of you who helped us out by selling the fund raiser items sold $32,319.00. The top seller was Jayden Peters with the U7G Lil Ladybugs. She sold $803.00 and won the Nintendo 3DS. The winner of the $100.00 drawing was Owen McCaughey. The association made $8,079.75 and we distributed $8,079.75 back to the participants. Thank all of you so much!!!
General Information:
GWFSA does not allow any practices or scrimmage games on the soccer fields. Please take note that there are no pets allowed on the gwfsa premises. You will be asked to leave if you bring one. Also, glass containers are not allowed and smoking is prohibited. Please pick up your trash after each game. It is rude to leave your bench area a mess for the following team. Please be considerate of others. Players may not wear jewelry of any kind or hard barrettes during games. Each player in U4, U5, U6, U7 & U8 divisions receive an award. Only 1st and 2nd place teams get them in U9 and up. No parking on the north end of the complex between the fence and Southwest Parkway.
